Reservations

Before You Reserve

• Online Reservations Only: All reservations must be made through OpenTable. We do not accept reservations by phone. Once a reservation is booked, our team can assist with modifications when possible.

• Contact Information: Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct when booking. Email is our primary method of communication regarding your reservation.

• Location & Check-In: Rosa’s at Park is located inside the Wingate by Wyndham Hotel. Guests must enter through the hotel lobby and check in upon arrival.

• Arrival: We have a strict 15-minute grace period, and the entire party must be present before being seated.

• Seating Time: Standard reservations have a 90-minute seating limit.

Dining Availability

• Main Dining Room: Available year-round

• Rooftop: May–October, weather permitting

• Private Room: November–April | Saturdays and Sundays, 11 AM–6 PM

Large Groups

Online reservations can be made for parties of up to 30 guests.

For groups larger than 30, guests should include their total expected guest count in their request so our team can review availability and let them know what we can accommodate.

Table Decorating

Parties of 8 or more who would like early access to decorate their table may select the OpenTable Experience “20 Minute Table Decoration Access.”
